Torque and Angle Wrench Status
The following information is provided here:
Type/torque range
Serial number (S/N)
ID number (ID No.) of the torque and angle wrench
Firmware version
Bootloader version
Hardware version
Basic menu operation
Moving in the menus
Use the thumb wheel to select a menu item.
The menu item is marked.
To carry out further settings for a menu item or to
confirm a setting, press OK.
To move back step by step in the menu or to
cancel inputs, press ESC.
Inputting values
The necessary data for a bolting operation are
queried in the direct inputs. The thumb wheel can
be used to increase or reduce the values.
To slowly increase or decrease the value, slowly
turn the thumb wheel towards the handle or the
plug-in tool.
To quickly increase or decrease the value, quickly
turn the thumb wheel towards the handle or the
plug-in tool.
Once the desired value has been set, press OK.
Calling up direct input
Concrete values for a bolting operation are defined
in direct input.
Proceed as follows to select one of the measuring
modes:
Make sure that no forces are acting on the torque
and angle wrench.
Switch the torque and angle wrench on.
Press the MENU button for approx. one second.
DIRECT INPUT is shown on the display.
The sequence plans defined using the TWdrive
software and transferred to the torque and
angle wrench are also available in this menu.

Confirm with OK.

The available measuring modes are displayed.

Confirm with OK.
The settings for a threaded connection can now be
input.
Calling up predefined sequence plans
Bolting operations and sequence plans can be
created on the PC independently of the torque
and angle wrench using the TWdrive software.
These data can then be transferred to the
torque and angle wrench. Information on this
can be found in the TWdrive software online
help.
Proceed as follows to call up a sequence plan
which is available on the torque and angle wrench:
Make sure that no forces are acting on the torque
and angle wrench.
Switch the torque and angle wrench on.
Press the MENU button for approx. one second.
DIRECT INPUT and the sequence plans which are
available are shown on the display.
Use the thumb wheel to select the desired
sequence plan or individual bolting operation.
The summarisation of the parameters stored for this
sequence plan or individual bolting operation is
displayed. This can be acknowledged with OK.
Confirm with OK.
The sequence plan or individual bolting operation
can now be executed.
Calling up the configuration menu
The basic settings for the torque and angle wrench,
such as e.g. saving the data for the completed
bolting operations in the torque and angle wrench,
are defined in the configuration menu.
