TESTING AND COMMISSIONING CERTIFICATE
(to be compiled by the Manufacturer or Authorised Dealer)
The machine is already tested by the Manufacturer.
The machine is commissioned at the customer's facilities by the Manufacturer or Authorised
Dealer which also performs final adjustments and tests the correct operation of each
component. After final testing, the Manufacturer or Dealer compiles the testing and
commissioning certificate, see below. This is signed by the tester, the relative operator (or
another authorised operator) and the safety manager as confirmation of successful
commissioning.
THE CUSTOMER (EMPLOYER) MUST TAKE ALL THE MEASURES REQUIRED TO ENSURE
ITS EMPLOYEES DO NOT ENTER THE MACHINE COMMISSIONING AREA FOR ANY
REASON UNTIL FINAL TESTING HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
