SCREW FOR WEAR

VISUAL INSPECTION FOR WEAR AND
LUBRICATION
AFTER THE FIRST 50 HOURS OF WORK
1) Check the tools (Ref.1) and seats (Ref.2) for wear;
2) If necessary, replace the tools with original spares;
3) Lubricate the needles, seats and moving chain parts with diesel oil (Ref.1-2-3);
4) Check the screw for wear (Ref.4);
5) Record the operation on registration sheet N°09.
