5. What must the customer do to claim on this
warranty?
- The manufacturing or material defect must be
reported in writing to the distributor where the
product was purchased.
- If this is not possible, the customer must
contact Gardeco Ltd by email. The email
should contain the following:
- Name, telephone number, address, and/or
email address of the customer.
- Invoice, name and address of the shop where
the product was purchased.
- Product name/type, date of purchase, delivery.
- Copy of the purchase receipt.
6. The customer must send photo images of the
product showing the damage to Gardeco Ltd or
the designated distributor prior to Gardeco Ltd
replacing the product.
7. Transport costs and labour.
Gardeco Ltd is only responsible for the
transport costs of sending a replacement
product to the purchaser.
Any other costs (transport, labour, or other)
not related to the defect or damaged part are
not covered by the warranty.
CONDITIONS OF LIMITED WARRANTY
1. What is covered in this limited warranty?
Gardeco Ltd warrants this CHIMALIN AFC
product against cracking caused by thermal
shock.
2. Who is the beneficiary of this warranty?
Gardeco Ltd offers this warranty to the original
buyer of each chimenea or firepit only.
3. For how long is this warranty valid?
From the date of purchase this warranty will be
valid for five years.
4. Exclusions to this warranty.
The warranty will not cover the following defects
and damages:
- Any damage to the product caused by dropping
or falling over.
- Any damage caused by misuse of the product or
use of incompatible accessories.
- Any consequential damages to property,
damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of
profit or income, any other incidental damage.
