2. Open the hinged door on the body (B) and place
the lava rocks (A) evenly on the bottom.

1. Remove preassembled propane tank enclosure door
on body (B). Make sure the gas control knob is Off
("O") on the knob). Connect the gas cylinder (not
included) to the appliance regulator by turning the
tank clockwise by hand until tight.
Perform leak test
in a well ventilated area
outside and where no source of spark can
occur. Turn the regulator valve knob to the On
position to pressurize the control system. Use
a 50/50 soap and water solution to check all
the connections before attempting to light the
appliance. If a leak is found or you smell gas,
disconnect cylinder, turn the gas control knob
Off and do not use the appliance until repairs
can be made.
NEVER USE A LIGHTER/FLAME TO CHECK
FOR GAS LEAKS.
Secure enclosure door on body (B).
