WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The warranty terms listed below define the limits and applicability of the warranty.
Seller offers warranty, notwithstanding any rights or requirements that are granted
to the consumer by law. Seller provides a 2-year warranty on unfinished garden houses and
a 5-year warranty on finished garden houses, treated under the following conditions:
1. Visible defects in the product will be replaced or repaired after evaluation by the seller
and subject to the conditions listed below, if such defects are reported to the seller within
2 months of delivery.
2. The warranty doesn’t cover defects that are inherent in natural wood (softwood)
products, in particular:
• Knots up to 20 mm in size that detach and fall out of the wood;
• Knots that have grown into the wood;
• Knots that have fallen out of the edges of the boards but were covered during installation;
• Discoloration of the wood;
• Small cracks in the wood;
• Cracks caused by desorption process;
• Resin pockets;
• Distortion and deformation of the wood;
Provided that the above anomalies will not have an adverse effect on the stability of the
construction. Holes left by fallen knots shall be filled with wood filler.
3. Damage caused by :
• Incorrectly leveled subfloor/foundation;
• Lack of or insufficient moisture regulating paint, stain or waterproofing product ;
• Lack of or insufficient roof protection - bitumen felt is not considered as a permanent roof
covering and must be covered with permanent roofing ;
• Improper installation of shingles or bitumen roofing felt ;
• Fixing or gluing wooden profiles, corner pillars, windows and doors with nails, screws,
