1) To verify, if the pan is suitable, use a permanent magnet and find out if it sticks on to the
bottom of the pan. If not, your pan is not suitable for induction cooking. Choose a pan which
is recommended for induction cooking. Chose a pan material suitable for induction
appliances.
2) The cooling-system (fan) starts to operate when the ambient temperature in the control area
exceeds 55ºC / 130ºF. At heat temperatures higher than 70ºC / 160ºF, the controller
automatically reduces the power to keep the unit in normal operating conditions. The cooker
runs in a non continuous mode. This mode can be heard.
