CODE ADMINISTRATORS INTERNATIONAL, INC. (BOCA) AND THE FOOD SERVICE SANITATION MANUAL OF THE FOOD AND 

DRUG ADMINISTRATION.

GARLAND PASTA COOKERS EQUIPPED WITH LEGS ARE FOR PERMANENT INSTALLATION.  FOR MOVEABLE OR PORTABLE 

INSTALLATION, GARLAND OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT CASTERS MUST BE USED.
