Testing
The
following
tests
are
recommended
if
the
unit
is
removed
or
replaced.
1.
The
integrated
transponder/altitude
reporting
system
must
be
verified
in
accordance
with
Title
14
of
the
Code
of
Federal
Regulations
(CFR)
§§
91.411
and
91.413.
2.
For
the
GTX
33
transponder,
make
sure
the
aircraft
registration
number
is
properly
entered
in
the
PFD
TRANSPONDER
CONFIGURATION
page.
3.
The
GTX
33
test
requires
the
use
of
a
Mode
S
Ramp
Generator.
The
GTX
32
requires
a
Mode
A/C
Ramp
Generator.
