ROLL ENGAGEMENT
Roll Limit Indicators are displayed on the roll scale at 45° right and left, indicating where ESP
™
will engage
(see Figure 8-98). As roll attitude exceeds 45°, ESP
™
will engage and the on-side Roll Limit Indicator will move
to 30°, as shown in Figure 8-99. The Roll Limit Indicator is now showing where ESP
™
will disengage as roll
attitude decreases to within the desirable roll attitude range.
