TOLD Database Verification
(1)
Make sure that the G3000 Avionics System is powered on and push the ACCEPT
INITIALIZATION button on GTC1 and GTC2 if present.
(2)
Navigate to the PERF page from the Home page on GTC 1 and GTC 2.
(3)
Make sure that the part number displayed on the PERF page on GTC1 and GTC2 matches the
part number of the TOLD database recorded earlier and the TOLD database identified in the
Airplane Flight Manual.

Reload Configuration (Options Removal) Procedures
A.
Remove airplane options software.
(1)
Make sure that the base software SD loader card is inserted in the L PFD top SD card slot.
NOTE:
The SD card must stay in the L PFD top SD slot for the entire software/configuration
upload procedure.
(2)
Do the Software Loading Configuration Mode procedure.
(3)
On the GTC 1, select MFD in the GDU CONTROLS button section of the page.
(4)
On the GTC 1, push the right inner knob.
(a)
The cursor is activated.
(5)
On the GTC 1, turn the right inner knob to select the MAINTENANCE LOG page.
(6)
Push the CLEAR softkey on the MFD.
(a)
The "Erase entire Maintenance Log?' prompt shows.
(b)
Push the Enter button on GTC 1.
(c)
Wait until the 'Clearing Log' message no longer shows before you continue the procedures.
(7)
On the GTC 1, select PFD1 in the GDU CONTROLS button section of the page.
(8)
On the GTC 1, push the right inner knob.
(9)
On the GTC 1, turn the right inner knob to highlight the 525B BASE CONFIGURATION line item
in the GROUP window.
(10) On the GTC 1 push the ENTER button to select this configuration.
NOTE:
If you select a model configuration that is different than what is currently installed you
will be prompted to confirm the selection.
(a)
Allow the Cessna Model 525B Base configuration to remain for approximately 1 minute.
(11) On the GTC 1 turn the right inner knob to select CESSNA MODEL 525B BASE
CONFIGURATION.
(12) On the GTC 1 push the ENTER button to select this model.
(13) On the GTC 1, turn the inner knob to highlight CESSNA MODEL 525B BASE CONFIGURATION.
(a)
Make sure that the correct model is shown the ITEM window after the PRODUCT window
is populated with data.
(b)
Make sure that a list of software items are displayed in the PRODUCT window.
(14) If the software is being loaded to fix an airplane squawk do the steps that follow.
(a)
Push the CLR ALL softkey on the L PFD.
(b)
Push the CHK ALL softkey on the L PFD.
(15) Select the LOAD line select key to install the full base configuration software.
NOTE:
Do not cancel a software load in progress. If a failure occurs, wait until the fail
message appears before proceeding.
(16) Monitor the upload status and make sure that the 'UPLOAD COMPLETE' window shows on the
display.
(a)
On the GTC 1 select the ENTER button to acknowledge the message.
NOTE:
If any software or configuration uploads fail, the upload must be done again
from the file that failed. Items that failed the upload procedure should remain
checked. The software/configuration upload can be done up to five times.
