Using the centerline, position the GRS 77 mounting shell to the wheel cover in the new opening.
Some minor trimming of parts may be required. The GRS 77 center shelf plane should be
installed as close to aircraft level as possible.

3.

Use an epoxy/flox mixture to bond the AHRS mounting shell to the wheel cover and bulkhead.
Sand, clean, and rough-up all bonding areas for best adhesion.

4.

Secure the GRS 77 mounting shell to the wheel cover (see Figure B-26) and bulkhead with 2”
wide, 2 bid strips. Apply strips to both the top and bottom of all edges between the GRS 77
mounting shell, wheel cover, and bulkhead. Use peal ply to prevent jagged edges on extrusions
during layup.
