To restore Units Setup Page features to the original factory settings:
1. Follow the steps on page 54 to select the Units Setup Page.
2. Press
MENU
to display an options menu.
3. Use the
ROCKER KEYPAD
to highlight ‘Restore Defaults’ and press
ENTER
.
Main Menu: Setup: Timers
The Timers Setup Page lets you select a count up or count down user timer. For a
count down timer, you may also specify the count down duration. A battery timer lets
you keep track of how long it has been since you last changed the batteries. An alarm
clock is also available to set an alarm to sound at a specifc time.
To select a user timer setting:
1. Follow the steps on page 54 to select the Timers Setup Page.
2a. For a count down timer, use the
ROCKER KEYPAD
to highlight the time fi eld to the
right of ‘User Timer’ and press
ENTER
. Use the
ROCKER KEYPAD
and
ENTER
to
enter the count down duration.

2b. For a count up timer, use the
ROCKER KEYPAD
to highlight ‘User Timer’ and press
ENTER
. Use the

to highlight ‘Up’ and press

3. To reset the timer or turn the timer off, use the
ROCKER KEYPAD
to highlight ‘User
Timer’ and press
ENTER

to select ‘Reset’ or ‘Off’ and

ENTER

Main Menu: Setup: Location
The Location Setup Page allows you to change the format for location readout or
select a different map datum. Format options include latitude/longitude (in several
formats), MGRS, UTM/UPS, Maidenhead, Loran TDs, and several regional grids. A
comprehensive list of over 100 map datums is available, which can be used to make
