FM TMC Traffic Information
Using an optional Garmin FM TMC traffic receiver, your
Honda Portable Navigation System can receive and use traffic
information broadcast over the FM radio data system. When a
traffic message is received, your unit displays the event on the
map and can change your route to avoid the traffic incident.

Connect the FM TMC Traffic Receiver to
Your Honda Portable Navigation System
Place your unit in the auto mount. Plug the traffic receiver’s
mini-USB cable into the mini-USB connector located on the side
of the unit.
NoTe:
You can only access the traffic information and
settings if the Honda Portable Navigation System is in the
mount with your vehicle turned on and connected to an
FM traffic receiver, such as a GTM 12.
