3.1.5 Removing the cutting blade:
WARNING!
When installing or removing the cutting blade wear the protective gloves:
• align the hole in the shaft hub with the hole in the gear cup;
• insert the metal stop pin in the hole in the gear cup and the hole in the shaft hub;
• holding the stop pin with one hand, unscrew the nut with a tube wrench (from the
tool kit) by turning it clockwise (from the cutting blade side);
• remove the nut, clamp cup and cutting blade.
ATTENTION! Keep the cutting blade out of the reach of children.
WARNING!
The improper alignment of the cutting blade can cause a strong vibration
in the course of work that can result in the blade flying-off, causing injury to the user
or to third parties.
Do not sharpen the cutting blade
Sharpening the blade can cause its bending and improper alignment, which increases the risk of injury
at work. A dull or damaged cutting blade must be replaced with a new one.
WARNING!
To prevent damage to the product and injury to the user never start the
engine with a stop pin inserted in the gear cup hole and the hub shaft hole.
3.1.6 Setting the string spool:
• align the hole in the shaft hub with the hole in the gear cup;
• insert the metal stop pin in the gear cup hole and the shaft hub hole;
• remove the nut from the hub of the product;
• remove the cup from the shaft, leaving the hub (fig.7);
• holding the pin tighten the spool counterclockwise until it stops;
3.1.7 Removing the string spool
• Align the hub of the shaft with the hole cup reducer.
• Insert the metal stopper rod in the hole cup gear hub bore and shaft.
• Holding the pin with one hand remove the string spool with the other hand, turning it clockwise.
3.2 Preparation of the fuel mixture
3.2.1 The oil used for preparing the fuel mixture
You must use high-quality oil for 2-cycle air-cooled engines, that meets classific
ation of API ТВ or API
TC, JASO FB or JASO FC in the ratio of gasoline / oil = 30/1 (3.3% oil by volume of gasoline).
It is prohibited to use the oil for 2-cycle water-cooled engines (automobile, for outboard motors), and
the oil not certified by the classification API (JASO), because such use may lead to engine operation
with insufficient lubrication and damage to the piston (piston and cylinder burrs).
It is recommended to use the table 2 for the preparation of the fuel mixture (30 parts of gasoline to one
part of oil):

3.2.2 Recommended type of gasoline
It is recommended to use high clean quality unleaded gasoline with an octane AI-92, AI-93, AI-95.
