Problem
Reason
The Solution
The cooling cycle seems to
run quite normal but there
are no ice bullets produ-
ced or the ice bullets are
very small.
The water temperature
or room temperature are
too high.
For correct operation, the room temperature must be
below 30°C (approx. 86 °F) and the water temperature
below 25°C (approx. 77 °F; siehe: ‚Technical Specifica-
tions‘). Fill cold water into the water tank and try again.
The air circulation is obst-
ructed and/or the ventila-
tion slits are blocked.
Do not block the ventilation slits. At all sides of the appli-
ance keep a distance of at least 15 cm (6 inch) to walls
and other objects. Keep the appliance away from any
sources of heat (e.g. heater, oven, or other devices).
The refrigeration circle is
clogged or leaking.
Immediately unplug the appliance. When noticing a moul-
dy odour, immediately ensure good ventilation.
Do not
attempt to operate the appliance, while the
refrigeration circle is leaking!
Get in contact with an authorised service centre for exa-
mination and repair.
CARE AND CLEANING
WARNING
– Always ensure that the appliance and all its parts are
out
of reach of children younger than 8 years and animals.
Always unplug the
appliance, remove the ice container and leave the ice producing system com-
pletely thaw, before cleaning the appliance. Do not immerse or place the appli-
ance or power cord in water or any other liquid. Do not spill or drip any liquids
on the appliance.
DO NOT place any part of the appliance in an automatic
dishwasher.
Do not poke in the ventilation slits of the compressor compartment to avoid dama-
ging the electrical circuit, compressor and refrigeration circle.
CAUTION
– Even when the ice container is empty, water may drip. For
avoiding the danger of slipping and damage to delicate floor covering: After
removing the ice container from the appliance, we recommend to place the ice
container on a sufficiently large pad (e.g. low bowl or tablet). When draining the
water, place an absorbent cloth below the drain plug for catching any splashing
droplets.
