Monitoring salt water salinity alarm

With the pasta cooker, the salt content monitoring (salinity alarm) can be set between 1 ‰ and 30 ‰.
(Default values: Low = 8 ‰ and High 12 ‰) If these values are exceeded or not reached, the background
color changes after the set measuring time (time 1 - 60 seconds). The salt content is displayed with the “+”
and “-” button combination and the alarm is reset by pressing the “+” button.

Interval time for the contactor control (only with relay operation, not with SSR):

The interval time can be set from 2 to 60 seconds. The following settings then apply:

Interval time: 2-9 sec., If the temperature deviates by> 1 ° C, heating takes place.

Interval time: 10-19 sec., If the temperature deviates by> 2 ° C, heating takes place.

Interval time: 20-60 sec., If the temperature deviates by> 4 ° C, heating takes place.

ABCD bus:

The ABCD bus must be activated in the Gastro 8 control!
The ABCD interface for energy management can be switched on or o

 via the menu (changeable parame-

ters) for controls that do not have a ball valve (SW2-3) or a lifting motor (SW1-8). If the control has neither
a ball valve nor a lift motor, the lift motor 2 OPEN relay is used as output A. When the ABCD bus is activat-
ed (changeable parameters), it is not monitored whether a ball valve or lifting motor has been activated
with the DIP switches or not.

A: Relay ball valve (230VAC) or relay lift motor-2 OPEN (230VAC)

B: Relay heating (230VAC)

C: Relay contact to interrupt the control of the SSR

D: neutral conductor.
