• Settings are approximate and may
need to be adjusted. See Measuring
and Adjusting the Crimp Diameter

Dial in setting and install
pressure plate.
• Turn the knob on the controller to
the selected setting.
• If crimping multiple assemblies, move
the locking switch to the right to hold
the setting. Moving switch to the left
allows the setting to be changed.
• Place the pressure plate onto the die set.

Always check the crimp diameter to
ensure that it is within the published
limits. Record your actual crimper
