Remove the old expansion card (if
necessary). You can slightly seesaw the
card end-to-end to loosen it, but do not
bend the card sideways.
To remove a card (such as a video card)
from the PCI Express slot, press the card
release lever before trying to remove the
card.
Caution
Do not touch the
contacts on the
bottom part of the
expansion card.
Touching the contacts
can cause electrostatic
damage to the card.

Install the new card into the expansion slot.
