Upper figure:
Install the tail boom support beams according to the figure. Observe horizontal alignment of the elevator unit and use
threadlocker for the screws M3x14.
Lower figure:
Produce three swash plate linkage rods (type A) according to dimensioned drawing and two blade holder linkage rods (type
B) according to dimensioned drawing and attach the linkages according to the drawing. After linking the swash plate, the
swash plate guide can be installed and the main rotor blades screwed on. Tighten the screws M3x22 only so far that the
rotor blades can still be aligned by the centrifugal force.
Important note on installation of the electronics components and the drive battery
When selecting the electronics components like 3-axis gyro or remote control system, every model helicopter pilot
trusts in his previous experience. Ensure in any case that all assemblies are securely attached in the chassis.
The assembly platform of the 3-axis gyro is above the tail boom attachment and the receiver can be installed on
the chassis ground plate.
The cables must be placed so that they cannot get into any rotating parts of the mechanics or be worn through at
sharp edges over time. Cable hoses are a good solution for this
The drive battery is installed on the front chassis plate with hook and loop tape and two hoop and loop tape loops
(also see page 7).

Upper figure:
The two top charts show the recommended values for the throttle curve.
The left chart is used for flight condition „Standard“, which is recommended for start, hover flight and simple round flight.
The right chart is for the flight mode „aerobatics“, which is required for 3D-flight manoeuvres.
The two bottom charts show the recommended values for the pitch curve in the respective flight conditions.
Lower figure:
The figure shows the horizontal alignment of all parts relevant for rotor blade linkage when the control lever for the pitch
function on the transmitter is in the centre position. Check the settings very precisely and adjust the linkage rods on
demand.
The three small sketches on the right side show the recommended rotor blade pitch angles. In flight mode „Standard“, the
value for min. pitch should be -2° to -3°.
The maximum pitch values are +/-13°.
The cyclic blade adjustment can be up to 10°.
Use an electronic pitch gauge for inspection of the settings.
Important note!
Since high-performance electrical drives can be very dangerous, we recommend always disconnecting the motor
from the controller for any maintenance and setting work. This reliably prevents inadvertent start-up of the
mechanics.
