4.1.1 Charger
1. Green light flashes -- power-on state
2. Steady red light -- charging state (below 80%)
3. Steady red and green light -- charging state (more than 80%)
4. Steady green light-- 100% full
5. Red lights flashing or both lights flashing at the same time -- the charger or battery is faulty
