5.2 Emergency
The Digital Feeder has been designed with
safety as a primary consideration; however, you must
become thoroughly familiar with the controls, proper
operation, proper service procedures, and safety
features of the machine before using or servicing.
INFORMATION
The E-STOP on the Explorer 107 will
stop the feeder. The E-STOP on the
feeder will not stop the Explorer 107.
Know where the emergency stop on the feeder
is ( Figure 5.2.1 Feeder E-STOP ) and the two E-
STOPs on the Explorer 107 ( Figure 5.2.2 Explorer
107 E-STOPs ) are located before operating the
equipment.

Reacting to an emergency
a) In the event of an emergency, press an
E-STOP.
INFORMATION
The E-STOP on the Explorer 107 will
stop the feeder. The E-STOP on the
feeder will not stop the Explorer 107.
