press SHUTDOWN if finished with the
laminator.

6.3 Single sided lamination
( Sled method )
This application may be performed from the
front of the laminator using the main rollers or from the
rear of the laminator using the pull rollers in the event
the main rollers are heated. This application is explained
in detail using the main rollers from the front of the
laminator. Use Chart 3 and Diagram 3 for assistance.
W A R N I N G
Do not wear ties, loose fitting clothing or
dangling jewelry while operating or
servicing the laminator. These items can get
caught in the nip and choke you or you can
be crushed or burned.
Materials needed
• Roll of pressure sensitive over laminate
• Precoated board ( same width as laminate )
• Print ( smaller than the precoated board )
• Roll of masking tape
• Utility knife
• Cutting blade with an enclosed casing.
• Leader board
( same material as the precoated board )
Set up
a) Turn MAIN POWER to “ON”. Refer to
Figure 6.3.1
