Please note that your MultiBind machine has been designed
exclusively for punching and binding paper material and PVC
plastic foils. Only use the unit for this purpose and do not
attempt to process any other materials. This will ensure a long
service life and prevent any damage to the mechanical function
of your binding machine.
•Inordertoavoidoverloadingyourmachine,pleaserefer
to the maximum punch guide located on the front of your
machine before punching.
•WhenpunchingPVC/PPcovers,werecommendthecoverbe
punched with some paper either side.
•DONOTpunchmetallicobjectssuchasstaplesorpaper
clips.
•Pleaseemptythewastetrayregularly.
•Ensurethatthemachineisoperatedonalatstablesurface.
•Neverliftthemachinebythepunchinghandle.Alwaysuse
the hand grips located on the side of the machine.
•ToavoidriskofinjuryDONOTputyouringersintothewire
binding channel.
•Thebinderisnottobeexposedtotemperature/humidity
conditions that would cause condensation. Maximum ambient
temperature: 40ºC

Tips on use
The cutting blades of your MultiBind machine were coated with
oil during manufacture in order protect against corrosion and to
ensure easy running.
•Beforeusingtheunitproperlyfortheirsttime,itisadvisable
to carry out several punching operations using old paper in
order to remove all traces of the oil from the components.
•Testthepunchingresultsusingoldpaperbeforeyoupunch
the final document.
•UseonlyoriginalGBCaccessoriesandparts.
The unit is maintenance-free when used correctly for its
intended application.
