5.4 Setting temperature
To increase or decrease temperature settings,
perform the following steps.
Increase;

W hen requirin g top and bottom h eat, it is
recom m ended to set both tem peratures to
the sam e set point.
a) Press and hold the asterisk key while pressing
the up key until the desired set point is
displayed on the temperature control unit.

b) Once the desired set point is displayed,
release both buttons.
c) Decrease main roller pressure, lower the upper
main roller, set a slow speed and press AUTO
to allow the rollers to roll for an even heating
surface.
Decrease;
a) Press and hold the asterisk key while pressing
the down key until the desired set point is
displayed on the temperature control unit.

b) Once the desired set point is displayed,
release both buttons.
c) Decrease main roller pressure, lower the upper
main roller, set a slow speed and press AUTO
to allow the rollers to cool evenly.
