TROUBLESHOOTING

No power, unit does not

turn on, or power lights do

not light up.

1.  Unit is not plugged into a

standard

 

120-volt outlet.

2.  The main power button on the

position

into a standard 120-volt outlet.

button on the control panel is

Power is on but logs /ember
bed do not glow.

There are loose or broken light

bulbs.

Remove back panel and make

certain there are no loose or

broken lights.

Logs /ember bed glows but

flame effect does work.

1.  The spinner rod is not correctly

attached to the spinner motor and

rotating properly.

2.  The spinner motor is not on
and functioning correctly.

1.  Remove back panel and

make certain the spinner rod
is correctly attached to the

spinner motor and is rotating

properly.

2.  Remove the back panel
and verify the spinner motor is
on and functioning.

Logs /Ember bed glows and

flame effect works, but

heater does not blow warm

air.

The heat button has not been

pressed on either the remote
control or the control panel.

Verify the heat button has been

pressed on either the remote control

or the control panel.

If the heat button has been pressed

and the heater still does not blow
warm air, turn the unit off and

unplug the fireplace from the power

outlet for 10 minutes. After 10

minutes, plug the unit back into the
power outlet and operate as normal.
