DTMF Transmitting Time
1� Hold [ PF2 ] and turn on the power till the beep
sound appears�

till “DTMF” appears on LCD display under Gen-
eral menu item 005�
3� Rotate the Channel Selection Knob to choose a setting�
50MS: each DTMF signal �
50MS: After DTMF signal transmit 50M – stay for 50MS�
100MS: After DTMF signal transmit 100MS– stay for 100MS�
150MS: After DTMF signal transmit 150MS– stay for 150MS�
200MS: After DTMF signal transmit 200MS– stay for 200MS�
250MS: After DTMF signal transmit 250MS– stay for 250MS�

Squelch Level Setting
Setting the radio to tight squelch level, you can avoid
unwanted signals or noise, but you may not receive a week signal�
1� Hold [ PF2 ] and turn on the power until the beep sound appears�
2� Press
till “SQLv” appears on LCD display under General
menu item 006�
3� Rotate the Channel Selection Knob to choose a setting�
Level of squelch form 0 to 9; 9 is the least sensitive level (for noisy environ-
ment)�
4� Press
key to confirm and exit�
