Prefix(Operator)
You can define a long distance code will be dialed automatically
when accessing a external line.
To define the prefix, from the
HANDSET SETTING
menu;
1 Use the or button to scroll to
PREFIX
.
2 Press the SKL button to enter the menu.
3 Use the or button to scroll to EDIT.
4 Press the SKL button to enter.
5 Input the number(Max is 20 digits), press SKL save it.
The list
Dialed number in pre-dialing or from call log that start with this list will use the prefix. The list
“With Prefix” contains the rule that when the prefix(operator) number is used.
“Without Prefix” contains the exception to the rule.
To set the WITH PREFIX, form the
PREFIX
menu:
1. Use the or button to scroll to
WITH PREFIX
.
2. Press the SKL to enter the menu.
3. Use the or button to scroll to a category.
4. Press the SKL button to enter.
5. Input the number (Max is 4 digits), press SKL to save it.
To set the WITHOUT PREFIX, form the
PREFIX
menu:
1. Use the or button to scroll to
WITHOUT PREFIX
.
2. Press the SKL to enter the menu.
3. Use the or button to scroll to a category.
4. Press the SKL button to enter.
5. Input the number (Max is 4 digits), press SKL to save it.

Prefix Number: 021

Call Log/Pre-dialing Number:21 69478076

If the Area Code menu is set as:21,the dialed Number is:69478076
