Step
In the Exposure time per image window, tap the box under min or sec and
use either + and - buttons, or the keypad to enter the desired value.

Note:
The exposure time must be set to a minimum of 10 seconds.
If image merging is not required, toggle Cumulative to the off position.

Toggle Stop when saturated on if required.

If an overlay image of the sample and marker is required, tap the toggle
button next to Colorimetric marker.

Under Advanced settings, change the settings for Binning and Capture
area as required. See
Section 3.3 Advanced settings, on page 41
for more
information.

To save the capture settings for future use, tap Save method. In the popup
window, enter the Name of the method and tap Save.
