Chemiluminescence imaging
Introduction
Chemiluminescence imaging is used to image luminescent samples (e.g., horseradish
peroxidase) on membranes and multi-well plates. For membranes with colorimetric
markers, such as Amersham Rainbow markers, additional colorimetric image capture
automatically produces an overlay image comprising color and chemiluminescence
image captures. The table below states which accessories are needed for chemilumines-
cence imaging.
