TROUBLESHOOTING
First try the solutions suggested here to possibly avoid the cost of a service call.

There are too many sources of humidity.
There is too much ventilation.
The unit is not placed on a flat surface.
The unit is not placed in its upright position.
The filters are blocked and need cleaning.
Reduce ventilation (e.g. close windows and
shut doors).
Place the unit on a flat and stable surface.
Place the unit in its upright position.
Remove and clean the filters of the device.
It is normal that the device does not dehumidify
in these conditions.
