Changing the Speed of the + or – Pads
(on some models)
As you use the + or – pads when setting a
time or temperature, you may notice the display
changes slowly. This special feature allows you
to change the speed. To set the speed you prefer,
follow the steps below.
Press the
Bake
and
Broil Hi/Low
pads at the same time for 3 seconds,
until the display shows
SF.
Press any
+
pad. The display will
show you a set speed between 1
and 5.
Press any
+
pad to increase the
speed up to the number 5.
Press any
–
pad to decrease the
speed down to the number 1.
Press
Start
to activate the setting and
leave the control set in this special
features mode.

Auto Recipe
™
Conversion
(on some models)
When using convection bake, the Auto Recipe
™
Conversion feature will automatically convert
entered regular baking temperatures to
convection baking temperatures.
Once the feature is activated, the display
will show the actual converted (reduced)
temperature. For example, if you enter a regular
recipe temperature of 350°F (177°C) and press the
Start
pad, the display will show
CON
and
the converted temperature of 325°F (163°C).
NOTE:
This feature does not convert convection
bake cooking times, only regular baking
temperatures.
To activate the feature:
Press the
Bake
and
Broil Hi/Low
pads
at the same time for 3 seconds, until
the display shows
SF
.
Press the
Convection Bake
pad. The
display will show
CON OFF
. Press the
Convection Bake
pad again. The
display will show
CON ON
.
Press the
Start
pad.
To deactivate the feature, repeat steps
1–3 above but press the
Start
pad when
CON OFF
is in the display.

Your control will allow you to lock out the press
pads so they cannot be activated when pressed.
To lock/unlock the controls:
Press the
Hour
and
Min –
pads or
the
9
and
0
pads (depending on
model) at the same time for 3
seconds until the display shows
LOC ON
.
To unlock the control, press the
Hour
and
Min –
pads or the
9
and
0
pads (depending on model) at the
same time for 3 seconds until the
display shows
LOC OFF
.
When this feature is on and the press
pads are pressed, the control will beep
and the display will show
LOC ON
.
The control lockout mode affects all press pads.
No press pads will work when this feature is
activated.
This adjustment will be retained in memory after
a power failure.
