Inspeccione en bú
squeda
de fugas
Después de conectar la estufa al gas,
inspeccione el sistema en búsqueda de fugas
con un manómetro disponible. Si un manómetro
no está disponible, conecte la línea de gas hacia
la estufa y use un detector de fugas líquido en
todas las juntas y las conexiones para verificar
que no existen fugas. Apriete todas las
conexiones si es necesario para prevenir fugas
de gas en la estufa o en la línea de suministro.
Inspeccione la alineación de las válvulas
después de conectar la estufa al suministro de
gas para cerciorarse de que la tubería del
colector no ha sido movida. Una alineación
inapropiada podría causar que el vástago de
la válvula haga fricción en el panel de control,
resultando en una fuga de gas en la válvula.
