Control panel operation
Access levels
For your safety, operation of some features of this product are restricted by access
level.
Access level 1
Access level 1 is the default access level and allows basic operational access only,
such as responding to a fire alarm or fault warning at the control panel.
The tasks you can perform at this access level are detailed in the topic “Basic
operation” on page 11.
Access level 2
Access level 2 allows advanced operational access. It is reserved for authorized users
who have been trained to operate the control panel. The default access level 2
password is 2222.
The tasks you can perform at this access level are detailed in the topic “Advanced
operation” on page 13.
Entering access level 2
To enter access level 2:
1. Enter the access level 2 password using the numeric keypad.
2. Press Enter.
A long beep and a steady Reset LED indicate that the correct password was entered
and access level 2 is active.
Note:
Three short beeps accompanied by a flashing general Fault LED indicate that
an incorrect password was entered.
Exiting from access level 2
The control panel automatically exits from access level 2 and reverts to access level 1
after five minutes if no button is pressed.
