Using the Park Lock Properly
It is important to inform a customer of the following if they are experiencing problems with the XY park
lock function. Be sure to:

Apply the Caster Brakes. The locking mechanism will not engage if the device can move when
trying to park the console.
Press the left pedal (

) to engage the
direction LOCK.
Press both pedals (

) to UNLOCK active
lock(s).
3. Front wheels.
You may need to move the Ultrasound
System around a little to get the wheels to
lock into the locked direction.
Press the right pedal (

) to engage the
Parking brakes.
Press both pedals (
1
+
2
) to release
(UNLOCK) active lock(s).
Front wheels (

CAUTION
To avoid injury or damage, make sure nothing is within the range of motion before moving
the Top Console. This includes both objects and people.
Lock/Release button (
4
): unparking and
sideways displacement of the console.
Up/Down button (
5
): raising/lowering the
console.
To LOCK the Top Console:
Press and hold down the Lock/Release button (
4
), while pushing the Top Console in the locked
position.
Release the button.
To move the floating Top Console:
The unlocked Top Console can be easily moved by pressing and holding the Lock/Release
button (
4
) and moving the Top Console in any XY direction.
Release the button when the Top Console is at the desired direction.
DO NOT apply any weight on the console or lean on it. If the console is not in the normal resting
position, the lock will not engage when trying to park it.
