LIFT RELATIVE
ENCODER ERROR
Possible causes:
• There is a relative encoder error. The signal com-
ing from the relative encoder does not evolves dur-
ing the motion while the signal coming from the
absolute encoder does.
• This error can be also due to a mechanical play of
the lift screw; or because the gas spring could have
failed.
Proceed as follows:
1. Change the Lift Motor + E Cable (see
Job Card D/R A205 - Lift Motor
).
2. If the problem persists, change the Lift Potenti-
Cable (see
3. If the problem persists, change the Lift Gas
Spring (

WARNING
LIFT MCU CALI-
BRATION DATA
CORRUPT
The MCU calibration data is corrupt. The checksum
on the calibration data stored by the MCU does not
match.
Perform a Lift calibration.
If the problem persists, change the lift board.

LIFT MCU EEPROM
FAILURE
There has been an MCU EEPROM failure. The read-
back on the newly written data to the EEPROM has
failed.
Change the Lift board then perform Lift Calibration.
