Preparing the FRUs to take for a troubleshooting onsite visit
Before going onsite to troubleshoot and change parts in the Lift, it is important to know which type of Lift
Screw Assembly is installed in the system, and the nature of the errors. Knowing this information allows
you to determine which parts to take onsite. Table 3 summarizes the parts to take onsite according to the
Lift Screw Assembly type and nature of the errors. The parts listed in table Table 3 are in the order (from
top to bottom) in which they are used in the troubleshooting flowcharts below.
