SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Follow standard safety techniques and procedures for handling equipment and circuits carrying AC sup-
ply voltages.

PREREQUISITES
A suitable mains isolator switch must have been installed for connection of the Senographe system to
the hospital supply.
! Notice:
Jumpers and switches not dependent on site voltages etc. are set in the factory. However, they
must be checked in case they have been disturbed. Refer to sections
in the System
Description Chapter to ensure that the jumpers on the Generator CPU Board and Command Board
are correctly set. You will configure the jumpers on the Generator Command Board later on ac-
cording to

PROCEDURES
The procedures described in this document and listed below must be followed carefully before applying
power to the system:
1. AC Supply Check.
2. Voltage Selection - Mains Distribution Rack.
3. Voltage Selection - Generator.
4. Configure Fuses F1, F2.
5. Connect the AC Supply Cable.
Notice:

To avoid unwanted disconnection, the Line Supply Cable must be fixed to the mechanical struc-
ture of the Generator.

External cables must be mechanically protected from damage that could come from unsafe rout-
ing in the room.
