If no mechanical interference or no hard point, power on the system to check whether there is
abnormal noise or vibration during filter movement:
If there is still abnormal noise or vibration during filter movement, change the Filter Wheel (see
Job Card D/R A285 - Collimator Filter Wheel Assembly
)
If there is no longer abnormal noise or vibration during filter movement, change the change the

2-46 JC DIAG A1500 AC MAINS FAILURE
Diagnostic for:
152/000 error code (CAN code is 0x3100) External VAC mains error.
•
On the PL101 PDU Board check Channel 20. Here you can see the value of AC mains. (230 V
±10%). Check that it is within the range 180 V - 260 V. If not, the AC mains is out of tolerance limits.
•
If the board does not work, inspect the DS26 AC Power ON LED.
Warning! 230 V AC power is present in this area!
If the LED is lit, switch off the Gantry using the circuit breaker (MPCB: Bulkhead area B1, B2).
•
Inspect the fuses F5, F6.
•
Switch on the Gantry.
•
Check the AC mains voltage on W104. If it is good, check for this voltage on W127.
•
Check that the W124 cable is connected
•
If the voltage and fuses are good, change the PDU Board (see

2-47 JC DIAG A1501 12V DC Generator Voltage Off
Diagnostic for:
152/001 error code (CAN code is 0x3101) 12V DC Generator Voltage Off
Probable cause:
The 12 V DC signal from Generator Supply Command board to PDU board is not present, for one of the following
reasons:
•
The Generator is powered off.
•
There is a broken or bad TP10 connector on the Generator Supply Command board, or there is a
broken or bad J2 connector on the PDU board.
•
There is a faulty W125 cable between the Generator Supply Command board and PDU board.
•
The PDU board is faulty.
•
The Generator Supply Command board is faulty or the Mains Distribution Board is faulty
Note:
The occurrence of error 152/001 is normal during system boot-up time. However, if error 152/001
occurs after a system boot up, use the recommended actions below.
