Confirming Customer Order
When preparing for installation of a Vivid q N system, it is important to verify that all items ordered by
the customer have been received. Compare all items listed on the packing slip (shipping consignment
note) with those received and report any items that are missing, back-ordered, or damaged, to your GE
sales representative.

Verifying the Transportation Box Contents
The following sections list the contents of the shipping carton that are additional to the
Vivid q N. These include external accessories and probes, as well as a regional language support kit,
and optional peripherals (as ordered). Ensure that all relevant components are present before
completing the installation.
NOTE:
The transportation box contains an
External Accessory Kit and Optional Peripherals Check
List
. When checking the contents of the carton, make sure the Check List is completed. In the
event that any items are missing, contact your local GE representative.
