11.3.2 Calibration
Attention!
Do not exceed 8.27 bar when connecting the air supply to the brake
system.
Note!
The parking brake system is designed to immobilize the spreader
mechanically when air pressure in the emergency line (red hose) is
low. To release the parking brakes, build up air pressure in the
emergency line (red hose).
Step 1: Build up air pressure in the brake system
● Connect the tractor air brake outlets to the spreader emergency line (red
hose) and service line (yellow/blue hoses). Make sure the pressure is
maintained between 4.83 to 6.90 bar.
NEVER EXCEED 8.27 bar.
OR
● Connect a compressor to the spreader emergency line (red hose). Make
sure the compressed air is filtered and regulated between 4.83 to 6.90 bar.
NEVER EXCEED 8.27 bar.
Step 2: Release parking brakes
● Connect the spreader emergency line (red hose) to the tractor then release
the emergency brake.
OR
● Connect a compressor to apply compressed air in the spreader emergency
line (red hose).
