Description and diagnosis of alarm messages

Possible cause of the alarm
Alarm clearance
The level in the refrigerant
separator is too high.
Reduce the level in the refrigerant
separator.
004 Alarm
Evaporator
refrigerant level
too high
The terminal connections have
become loose or a wire is broken.
Check the terminal connections for
tightness and continuity of wiring.
The level sensor is defective.
Replace the level sensor.
This alarm is activated if the input
signal E 1.1 ‘Separator liquid level’
equals 0.
The digital input module defective.
Replace the digital input module.
Gas alarm system is active.
Reset the gas alarm system.
005 Alarm
Refrigerant leak
detected
The terminal connections have
become loose or a wire is broken.
Check the terminal connections for
tightness and continuity of wiring.
This alarm is activated if the input
signal E 1.2 ‘Gas sensor’ equals 0.
The digital input module defective.
Replace the digital input module.
The terminal connections have
become loose or a wire is broken.
Check the terminal connections for
tightness and continuity of wiring.
009 Alarm
Wire failure

There is a short circuit in the sensor
wiring.
Check where the short circuit has
occured and rectify.
The sensor is defective.
Replace the sensor.
The GSC has detected a loose wire
or short circuit in the oil separator
temperature sensor.
The analogue input module
defective.
Replace the analogue input module.
The terminal connections have
become loose or a wire is broken.
Check the terminal connections for
tightness and continuity of wiring.
010 Alarm

There is a short circuit in the sensor
wiring.
Check where the short circuit has
occured and rectify.
The sensor is defective.
Replace the sensor.
The GSC has detected a loose wire
or short circuit in the external
temperature sensor.
The analogue input module
defective.
Replace the analogue input module.

Check the terminal connections for
tightness and continuity of wiring.
011 Alarm
