Check the nozzle body shaft (12) for wear, brinelling on the bearing
surfaces and alignment.
8.
Check the O-ring (25) for damage and distortion.
9.
Check the nozzle body (13) for damage.
10.
Replace all wearing parts denoted as such in the spare parts lists.
TIP
The bevel gear insert rings (35) in the bevel gears can be replaced. The two
nozzle bodies (13) have replaceable nozzle body insert rings (36) fitted.
These replacement parts are easy to fit and thus help to considerably reduce
maintenance downtime and costs.
Assembly
Assembling the
Lower Body
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Place a spare vertical shaft bearing bush (7) on a flat surface.
Alternatively you can use a bar (28 mm dia., 35 mm long).
2.
Slide the body (18) over the spare vertical bearing bush or the bar
(28 mm).
This will keep the balls in place during assembly.
