3.
Replace the eyebolt (21). Align with the vertical and horizontal T-piece
(10) and tighten the M5 x 5 socket set screw (28).
4.
Insert three M5 x 5 socket set screws (28) and tighten.
5.
Insert the motor (1) into the top of the body (18), with the tapered side
facing upwards, and ensure it
is resting on the body shoulder (18).
6.
Screw the inlet cap (29) into the body (18) and tighten with a belt
wrench.
7.
Fit the nozzles (15) and the stream straighteners into the nozzle bodies
(13) and tighten. Exercise great care when doing this as otherwise defor-
mation of the nozzle body shaft (12) or brinelling will occur.
8.
Finally, hold the cleaner by the eyebolt (21) and check whether the body
(18) and the two nozzle bodies (13) can rotate freely in both directions.
This completes assembly.
TIP
It is important to fit the two nozzle bodies (13) so that the nozzle orifices on
one nozzle body are in the horizontal plane and the nozzle orifices on the
other nozzle body are in the vertical plane. This ensures the correct spray
pattern when the cleaner is operating.
