Maintenance intervals
To ensure the highest operational reliability of the magnetic separator, all wearing
parts should be replaced at longer intervals.
The actual maintenance intervals can only be determined by the user since they
depend on the operating conditions, for instance:
•
daily period of use,
•
switching frequency,
•
type and temperature of the product,
•
type and temperature of the cleaning solution,
•
ambient conditions.

Removing the Control Top from the Valve

Requirement:
•
Make sure that the solenoid valve is not actuated.
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Undo the screw connection (39).
Remove the clamp (15).
Pull the control top vertically off the valve.

The green LED goes out after 5 seconds and the yellow LED flashes.
