Dryer doesn’t start
Dryer is unplugged
• Make sure the dryer plug is pushed completely into the outlet.
House Fuse is blown/circuit
• Check the house fuse/circuit breaker box and replace fuse or
breaker is tripped

NOTE:
Most electric dryers use two fuses/breakers.
Dryer fuse blown
• The single (Gas) or one of the two (Electric) fuses in the rear of
the backsplash blew because the house circuit protection didn’t
work. Have a qualified technician check for power at outlet.
Dryer doesn’t heat
House Fuse is blown/circuit
• Check the house fuse/circuit breaker box and replace
breaker is tripped; the dryer
