Grease all fittings according to the following schedule:
1. ROLLER (Ref. 1):
Grease at both ends
after 4 hours
of operation, until grease is visible..
2. CUTTING SHAFT (Ref. 2):
Grease at both ends lightly
after 8 hours
of operation.
DO NOT overgrease.
4. EXTENSION SHAFT (Ref. 3):
Grease extension shaft bearing
every 40 hours.
3. P.T.O. SHAFT:
The universal joints and overrunning clutch (option) need to be greased
every 8 hours.
The telescopic tubes should be greased
every 16 hours
and the shield
retaining bearing should be greased
every 40 hours.
