Carbon-Monoxide Hazard

confined areas or without 

adequate ventilation. Carbon-

on sloping surfaces or in slippery

"Slam Dunk" Warning 

Do NOT attempt "slam dunk" 

manoeuvres as this may result in 

severe injury due to falling,

Do NOT LIFT load vertically. Use 

machine to PULL only.

Ensure that load bearing cable is 

not kinked or knotted.

number of cable coils on
