Cleaning the fuel/water separator
WARNING!
If the fuel, as it drains, comes into contact with hot engine parts or the exhaust
system, there is an increased risk of fire
☞
Never clean the fuel/water separator if the engine is hot!
☞
Proceed as follows:
•
Place a drip tray under the fuel/water separator
•
Unscrew the drain plug on the lower side
•
Drain the water until clean fuel runs out
•
Screw in the drain plug on the lower side
•
Test run the engine
