Checking the coolant level/topping up the coolant level
NOTE:
Check the coolant level every 10 service hours or daily.We recommend checking
the oil level before starting the engine;
Checking the coolant level
WARNING!
Never open the coolant tank and never drain coolant if the engine is warm,
because the cooling system is under high pressure and there is a risk of burns

Wait at least 10 minutes after switching off the engine!
☞
Wear protective gloves and clothing
☞
Always start by actuating the safety valve in the cap of the expansion tank.
To do this:
Open the cap to the first notch and allow the pressure to escape
☞
Proceed as follows:
•
Switch off the engine
•
Open the engine cover
•
Check the coolant level in the transparent expansion tank A
If the coolant level is below MIN mark B:
•
Add coolant – see Topping up the coolant level
